Minnesota based family of 5 are in need of a FT, live-out Domestic Couple to start ASAP. We are looking for a Property Caretaker/Groundsman and an Executive Housekeeper who work as a couple with a minimum of 3-years of professional experience ideally in a similar climate.
The domestic couple’s schedule will be M-F 9am-5pm with the flexibility to stay later or help over the weekends as needed. The families will always give plenty of notice but the domestic couple should also be prepared to be on call at times if the family is experiencing a last minute change of plans due to unforeseen circumstances etc.
Since this is a live-out position, the domestic couple will want to live in Litchfield, which is 70 miles West of Minneapolis. Both families are about 5-7 miles from Litchfield and the city has about 7,000 people surrounded by agriculture. It is a thriving and sweet community with many churches, a great school and a kindhearted small town community atmosphere. The cost of living and housing is also very affordable. This position is best suited for those who love small towns and who want to make this their home for many years. We are looking for couples who plan to stay in this location for the unforeseeable future and make this their home and their employers like their family.
The family live in a 10k sq. ft. home with an indoor pool on 10 acres with 190 acres of surrounding farmland and a small private access lake. This location include several outbuildings and sheds for heated and cold storage, as well as workshops for necessary maintenance and work. Additional locations include a work shed and an airplane hanger within a small circle radius.

General duties and skills needed:
- Driving in snow (grocery shopping trips to Minneapolis and driving and picking up family)
- General heavy outdoor machine and equipment knowledge
- Technology literate (The families use Apple products and need thier staff to have at least an iPhone for use communicating with them. The couple should be somewhat savvy with digital communication and list making as the families will house all lists for tasks digitally and expect quick, communicative responses. They cannot teach someone how to use tech and need the couple to be comfortable with these basic tech skills and the ability to learn quickly)
- Occasional cleaning of vehicles and two small plane interiors
- Basic cooking and food prep
- Keeping up with the families on-going travel schedule
