Deb’s Domestic Agency (“DDA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates https://www.debsdomesticagency.com and maintains Project A, DDA’s private internal recruiting database.
Google Calendar read-only access
DDA uses Google Calendar read-only access only to identify and process DDA interview calendar events for Project A. This limited integration helps us maintain accurate interview scheduling information for candidates in DDA’s private recruiting workflow.
The integration does not create, edit, delete, or otherwise modify Google Calendar events.
Google Calendar information we process
For qualifying DDA interview events, the integration may process scheduling information such as the event identifier, booking reference, candidate name and email, scheduled date and time, event status, interview time zone, and an included Zoom meeting link when present.
This information may be stored in Project A as part of DDA’s internal interview and recruiting records and is used only to create, update, reconcile, or maintain the corresponding interview workflow.
DDA does not use this integration to access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, or any other Google service.
Limited operational use
Google Calendar information is used only for the operational purpose described above: maintaining DDA interview scheduling within Project A. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used for unrelated profiling or marketing.
DDA may use service providers that host, secure, or support Project A solely as necessary to operate this internal workflow. Google Calendar information is not shared for advertising, marketing, or unrelated commercial purposes.
DDA’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Security
Access to Project A is limited to authorized DDA personnel and the service providers necessary to operate and secure the system. OAuth credentials and refresh tokens are handled through secured credential storage, and the Calendar integration uses read-only access.
Project A processes only the Google Calendar information needed for the interview-scheduling workflow.
