Description

A Santa Fe–based family is seeking a seasoned, highly organized, and discreet Part-Time Household Manager to oversee the smooth operation of multiple residences and provide high-level personal support. The role includes oversight of three occupied residences in Santa Fe, as well as coordination of one out-of-state property.

This is a long-term opportunity for a professional who takes ownership of their role and genuinely enjoys creating an organized, well-run household environment.

Key Responsibilities

Household Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of three occupied residences in Santa Fe and coordinate maintenance and care for one out-of-state property
  • Manage and schedule household staff, including housekeepers and elder-companion support
  • Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure all properties and vehicles are well maintained
  • Track household budgets, inventories, and supplies across residences
  • Ensure security procedures, privacy, and confidentiality are upheld at all times

Personal Assistance

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for family members
  • Handle correspondence, errands, and personal tasks with discretion and efficiency
  • Assist with planning and coordinating family events and social engagements
  • Maintain kitchen organization and household stock, including grocery shopping and supply oversight
  • Provide light pet-related support, including coordinating grooming, veterinary appointments, and occasional transport
  • Serve as a supportive presence when needed to assist with tasks or outings
  • Support special projects, gift purchasing, reservations, and other ad hoc needs as they arise
