Description
We are in search for an experienced property caretaker couple to manage a second home for a couple in Seattle, WA. Job duties include: heavy housekeeping, occasional laundry and pet-sitting, running errands, driving (vehicle is provided for on-job use) basic cooking, plant care, yard maintenance, basic landscaping and property maintenance. The couple must have previous experience in estate management or property care-taking with excellent references. It is important that the couple is honest, hardworking, responsible, non-smokers and knows how to respect the privacy of others.
This is a long-term position as the previous caretakers are now retiring. The approximate start date is March-April 2015. Hours vary by season and other factors. The caretaker’s apartment is about 25 feet from the main house and although there is a vehicle provided for on the job use, the caretakers must have their own vehicle for personal use.
