Travel Houseman/Butler (TX, CO, NM)

Busy family with several estates in Texas, Colorado and New Mexico are in search for an experienced Houseman/Butler to travel with the principal. The Houseman must have at least 10 years of experience as a private service professional with basic handyman, service and wardrobe experience and be able to follow very specific work directive. It's imperative that the candidate possess a high level of physical fitness, professional etiquette and be willing to do whatever is needed. Ideally the candidate will be able to travel as often as 2 weeks every 3 months. Other duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Learn and manage the estate's security systems
• Experience as a team player with other household staff
• Ability to learn fast and work hard
• Some general experience with basic home maintenance
• Experience in maintaining and restocking household supplies
• Must possess high standards of personal appearance, grooming and etiquette
• Ability to set an example to the other staff by working hard, having a good and positive attitude, communicating well and setting high expectations.
• General skills in household maintenance, landscaping, property management and vendor oversight
• Excellent communication skills
• Effective in handling problems with the staff, which include anticipating, identifying, preventing and solving problems as necessary
