House Manager

The DDA is in search for a professional HM and personal assistant for a family of 4 with 2 school-aged children. The requested start date was as soon as possible, and the schedule was M-F 8am-4pm with the flexibility to stay later as needed. Exact hours are flexible and can be discussed during the interview. The average weekly hours range between 35-45.

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Main and all housekeeping for a 4800 sq. ft. home
• Kitchen clean up after family meals
• Food preparation
• Family's laundry (washing, folding and ironing)
• Grocery shopping
• Running errands
• Internet research for purchases, travel and services
• Organizing

The most important thing is that the candidate have a positive attitude, a hard worker and doesn't need to be told what to do after getting familiar with the duties and home. Taking direction well while also taking charge when appropriate are equally important.
