Live-In Houseman

Experienced Houseman with property management is needed ASAP for an older couple in their 70's with a 12k sq. ft. estate. The Houseman must be able to commit for a minimum of one-year with the intention to stay on long-term. Separate 2/bed 2/bath house is available year round with a private fenced yard about 75 ft. from the main estate. The schedule is M-F 9am-4pm. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• General maintenance and repair of projects on properties
• Dump runs (possibly running errands)
• Pet care (must be comfortable around large dogs)
• Watering plants
• Poop scooping
• Lifting or moving heavy objects
• Indoor and outdoor property maintenance
• Clear and detailed communication with vendors
• Estate security

All candidates must pass a vigorous screening process and be able to legally work in the US. Interviews will take place only after filling out a Domestic Application online with a job-related resume and excellent verifiable references.
