Deb’s Domestic Agency was built on firsthand private-service experience and a long-term view of successful placement.
We understand that strong placements depend on more than a job title. They depend on judgment, communication, confidentiality, household pace, reporting structure, and overall fit. That is why our approach is selective and relationship-driven rather than transactional.
Candidates who work with DDA often value:
- Discreet representation
- Respect for privacy while they explore opportunities
- Careful consideration before materials are shared
- Roles that reflect real household needs, not generic job matching
- Long-term placement focus where possible
How Our Process Works
Candidates begin by submitting the application that best fits their background.
From there, we review experience, role alignment, availability, geography, and overall fit for current or near-term opportunities. If there is a match worth discussing, we reach out directly.
Not every qualified candidate will hear from us immediately, and not every opportunity moves on the same timeline. Our process is selective because the households we support are highly individualized.
Confidentiality Matters
Many candidates come to us while currently employed or after working in highly private homes.
We handle candidate information with professionalism and discretion. Deb’s Domestic Agency does not share private candidate materials casually, and we approach references and next-step screening carefully and appropriately based on real opportunity alignment.
