Our interim service provides our clients with immediate (based on availability) placement of our top estate management personnel. This is only for management roles and does not apply to any mid-level or caregiver roles. An interim acts as a temporary manager when there is no other manager present for the following reasons:
- When a client has a new estate and needs to staff it from the ground up. Our interims are highly skilled and trained to create a strong team from grounds keepers to estate managers and in between.
- Onsite interviewing, training, managing and hiring new long-term staff.
- To improve the culture of the residence by stepping in as the household manager.
- To fill in after the current estate employee resigned or was let go while finding a long-term replacement.
- Construction project management while the Principal is away.
