Request Form for National & International Personnel
To start a national search within the United States for a long term domestic employee, our searching fee is $250. For an international search our searching fee is $500. This is non refundable but will go towards the cost of the final placement.For employees who can give a minimum of a one-year commitment, our placement fee is 10% of the employee’s expected annual gross salary within the U.S., and 15% of the employee’s expected annual gross salary for placements outside the U.S. This must be paid in full before the domestic employees start date. Clients who are interviewing domestic candidates outside of their city are expected to pay for all of the candidate’s traveling expenses such as airfare and hotel accommodations.
Remember that the Pricing and Fees listed here is for the agency. The domestic employer is responsible to pay the domestic employee their salary separate from the agency.
