Placement Fees

To start a search for a long-term domestic employee (excluding One-Time Requests and Memberships listed below), there is a one time $150 Registration Fee (non-refundable) that will allow you one year of full access to our placement services. As a national domestic staffing agency, you will never have to go through the hassles of finding a new agency if you move to another state. You will also have complete access to our placement counselors and post-placement support at all times.

For full time Nanny, Caregiver and Housekeeper employees who can give a minimum of a one-year commitment; our placement fee is 15% of the employee’s expected annual gross salary package, or a minimum fee of $3500.

For placement of Nanny, Caregiver and Housekeeper employees working 15-35 hours per week, our fee is 18% of the employee’s expected annual gross salary package, or a minimum fee of $1750.

For Nanny Share placements our fee is 20% of the employee’s expected annual gross salary package, or a minimum fee of $5000 to be split between the families.

All other specialized Estate Staffing employees (including Newborn Specialists, Personal Assistants and Executive Housekeepers) who can give a minimum of a one-year commitment; our placement fee is 25% of the employee’s expected annual gross salary package, or a minimum fee of $3500. The agency allows a maximum of a 5-day working trial period that is not to exceed 5 consecutive working days with the candidate. The agency’s placement fee is waived during the trial period and the client is responsible to pay the candidate all wages incurred from the candidate’s services. If the trial period goes well and the client decides to hire the candidate we have referred to them, the final placement fee must be paid in full before the candidate’s hiring date and first day of work as the client’s employee.

Domestic employees working less than 50 hours a month who can give a minimum of a one-year commitment, our placement fee is 30% of the employee’s expected annual gross salary package, or a minimum fee of $750.

Remember that the Pricing and Fees listed here is for the agency. The domestic employer is responsible to pay the domestic employee their salary separate from the agency.

Temporary Positions

To hire a domestic professional for a temporary position of 4 months or less our flat fee is $1500 for a full-time or part-time employee.

To hire a domestic professional for a temporary position of up to 8 months our flat fee is is $2500 for a full-time or part-time employee.

Live-In Exchange

A live-in exchange is when a domestic employee works up to 12 hours a week for room and board. The client must provide private living quarters, Internet access and cover all utilities. Our placement fee for a live-in exchange is a flat fee of $1500 for a summer position or up to 4-months. For a 4-8 month commitment our fee is $2500 and for a 9-12 month commitment our fee is $3500. Our replacement guarantee still applies for live-in exchanges as mentioned in “Our Guarantee”.

Pricing and Fees for 6-Month and Annual Memberships

If you are looking for an occasional or seasonal helper, our 6-month membership fee is $400 for unlimited use with a placement fee of $25 each day the domestic professional is used. For an annual membership, our fee is $800 for unlimited use, and $20 each day the domestic professional is used. All requests should be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance. For anything less than a 48-hour notice, our fee is $35 regardless of which membership you have. We cannot guarantee a placement with anything less than a 24-hour notice but welcome all last minute requests. We are now offering overnight placements to our membership clients! Fees for overnight requests are an additional $15 each day in addition to your regular membership fees. For overnight requests made to the agency (with less than a 72 hour notice to the agency) it is an additional $25 each day in addition to your regular membership fees. We cannot guarantee any overnight requests made less than a 72 hour notice to the agency but welcome all last minute requests.

One Time Sitter and Concierge Fees

For a one-time placement our fee is $50 for each day the domestic professional works. The agency must receive the Request Forms and full payment more than 48 hours before the domestic professional is expected to arrive. For emergency and last minute services our fee is $75 if we receive the request forms less than 48 hours before the domestic professional is expected to start. For overnight requests made to the agency (with more than a 72-hour notice to the agency) it is an additional $25 each day in addition to the regular placement fee. We cannot guarantee any overnight requests made less than a 72-hour notice to the agency but welcome all last minute requests. For overnight requests made to the agency (with less than a 72-hour notice to the agency) it is an additional $35 each day in addition to the regular placement fee. Please remember that we cannot guarantee a placement for all last minute requests and the fees listed above are the agency’s fees; clients will need to pay the sitter separately. Cancellations

If the domestic professional’s portfolio has not been sent or received, all cancellations must still be made within 72 hours before the domestic professional is expected to arrive or the agency’s placement fee will stand. This is for those with memberships or one-time requests.

All fees must be paid in full before the agency will send the candidate’s portfolio to the client.
