YES, all of our interim candidates are fully bonded and insured for a minimum of a million dollars.
The agency oversees the operations of all placements but Clients will pay the interim candidate directly for the temporary services.
DDA interim candidates are often semi-retired veterans of this industry, most with over 20 or 30 years of hands on experience. Many of our candidates are graduates of the International Butler Academy and other prestigious butler and household manager training institutions, while others have specialized hospitality degrees in luxury hotel, housekeeping, concierge and staff management.
Our interim candidates are all fully vetted private contractors who we partner with for this service.
So far this has never happened! However, if you’re not totally satisfied, we will replace your interim candidate with someone who better aligns with your likings based on your feedback to the agency.
