Yes, the agency provides all interim and long-term agreements between our clients and candidates.
Are your interim candidates insured and bonded?
YES, all of our interim candidates are fully bonded and insured for a minimum of a million dollars.
Do I pay the agency or the interim for their services?
The agency oversees the operations of all placements but Clients will pay the interim candidate directly for the temporary services.
Who are DDA interims?
DDA interim candidates are often semi-retired veterans of this industry, most with over 20 or 30 years of hands on experience. Many of our candidates are graduates of the International Butler Academy and other prestigious butler and household manager training institutions, while others have specialized hospitality degrees in luxury hotel, housekeeping, concierge and staff management.
Are interims employees of the agency?
Our interim candidates are all fully vetted private contractors who we partner with for this service.
What if I don’t like the interim I was placed this?
So far this has never happened! However, if you’re not totally satisfied, we will replace your interim candidate with someone who better aligns with your likings based on your feedback to the agency.
What kind of interim placements does DDA offer?

What if I want to hire the interim?
Please let us know if you prefer this option and we will only place you will interims that are open to long-term placement. Many of our interim candidates are open to a long-term position if it’s the right fit while others specialize in interim services and do this exclusively.
Why is there no agency placement fee for an interim service?
Our interim services allow the agency to work exclusively with our client as we guarantee placements for all long-term positions needed. Our regular placement fees apply for all long-term placements.
