All general phone consultations are free. If you would like an On-Site Estate Consultant to come to your home to customize a service plan specifically designed for your needs, please fill out the form below. Our On-Site Consultants are trained and experienced to help you with the following:
- Determining the kind of household staff you need
- Providing on-site training for your current household staff
- Identifying your lifestyle goals and expectations
- Organizing a plan that will help you manage your household
- Providing service management forms and schedules for household staff
On-Site Consultations, which includes a customized service plan for your household, are $5,000 plus travel, meals, and accommodations for a one day visit. Your On-Site Consultant will guide you or your Estate Manager through a customized service plan during their visit. All of our On-Site Consultants are certified and trained through a reputable domestic training institute and have experience in formal and non-formal staffed households. A non-refundable down payment of $1,250 will be required to make a reservation for this service.
Please book your consultation 1-2 months in advance if possible. Once the specific date is set, all fees will be due at that time and are non-refundable. Cancellations can be rescheduled for free with a minimum of a 48 hour notice to the agency.
