Whether you need someone to just help you around your home, or someone to drive you to go shopping or the movies; we can find you the right individual that matches your personality and preferences.

Eldercare

Typical responsibilities include the following:

  • Running errands
  • Meal preparation
  • Driving to appointments or outings
  • Communication with doctors and family
  • Light housekeeping
  • Physical and hygiene support
  • Companionship

Average Salary

Our elder caregivers are typically on a weekly salary and can make anywhere between $200-$800 per week. This depends upon the experience, the hours, the amount of duties required, and other factors.

Typical Hours

The typical live out hours are about 30-55 hours a week. Whereas a live in elder caregiver usually works longer hours, has more flexibility, and is provided with their own room and a salary.

Nurses

All of our nurses are highly skilled in the medical field, and are trained to administer medications and other various medical needs. We have Certified Nurses, and Home Health Aids who will come to your home as often as you may need them. They are usually hired for regular visits and check ups.

Average Salary

Anyone trained and certified in the medical field, depending upon the certifications and degrees are paid a minimum of $30+ per hour for more than one hour. Some patients only require a one-hour home visit per week, which is usually a minimum of $50+ per visit and extra for gas mileage.

Home Helpers

Home-helpers are there for anyone who may need a little extra help around their home. They are like a second pair of hands for you and can help you do anything you are unable to do. There isn’t much of a difference between home-helpers and elder caregivers except that home-helpers are not limited to the elder. If you broke your leg, are recovering from major surgery, or anything else that may limit your ability in any way, a home helper can help you keep your normal routine going.

The following are examples of what home-helpers typically do:

  • Assist in bathing and dressing
  • Running errands
  • Grocery shopping
  • Meal preparation
  • Dishes
  • Laundry
  • Taking to doctors appointments
  • Light housekeeping

Average Salary

Home-helpers usually can make anywhere from $10-$20 per hour according to the duties required, the distance, and experience. For those making less than $20 per hour we require a minimum of 2 hours of work, or a minimum of $20 if only needed for one hour.

Senior companions

A senior companion is not quite the same as those listed above. The main difference is that they are there to keep you company, and take you to do all the things you enjoy doing. They also help around the house, and can run errands and do a lot of the things a caregiver will do; however, they are usually hired for those who may already have a housekeeper and just want a little company.

Below are a few examples of where a senior companion may drive their employer:

  • Restaurants
  • Casinos
  • Bingo
  • Movies
  • Opera
  • Shopping
  • Errands
  • Travel

Average Salary

Senior caregiver’s salary can range from $100-$1000 per week depending upon the hours, if they are live-in/out, travel, and duties.
