With over 15 years of experience in the Nanny and Domestic Service Industry, the Deborah Calkin Agency will be the first Domestic Agency in the beautiful state of New Mexico. We are excited and pleased to bring our experience and knowledge to a state that well deserves the luxury and benefits that a household staffing agency can offer.

Deborah Calkin, formerly Rodriguez, is a native New Mexican who has returned to her hometown of Santa Fe in October of 2008 after living in Dallas and Los Angeles for the last 10 years. She is a 1997 alumnus of St. Michael’s High School in Santa Fe and is happy to be back in New Mexico to bring her experience from working with some of the most prestigious and well-established domestic agencies in Dallas, Los Angeles, and New York. As a former Live-In Nanny, Deborah has an invaluable perspective on both sides of a Domestic Agency, not only as a consultant but also as a service provider.

Every DCA consultant is trained and experienced in the art of matchmaking, which involves many different elements. We are here to introduce our clients to the highest quality domestic service professionals from all over the world, as well as protecting and advising both our clients and applicants in the process. Each service we provide is equally important and makes the perfect cocktail for a long-term relationship.

Deborah and her staff are here to provide you with anything you want to know about our agency and what it can do for you. Our placement fees are some of the lowest in the country and all domestic professionals apply for free and never pay any kind of job placement fee.
